Experience the healing power of collective self energy as it connects us around the world! The meditation community is all about meeting each other from a place of connectedness, compassion, curiosity, calmness, clarity, confidence, creativity, and courage. These are the qualities of self, the truest you there is! When you are in self, there is a sense of peace and wellbeing with the world that can be sensed by others. We will learn concepts and engage in meditations that allow for us to reach that place of grounded wholeness and connect that energy around the world (a little bit like an "energetic global hug").

Embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and compassion, where you'll deepen connection not only with yourself but also with a nurturing, self-led worldwide community. Join us for weekly live guided IFS meditations led by Dr. Shanina Christina Halbert, a seasoned IFS practitioner. Our initial focus will be on self-leadership, setting the tone for our journey together.

Sharing & Holding 

Connect with familiar faces, send messages in the chat, and get grounded before the session. (5 minutes)

Gain insight on the IFS principle we will explore during the meditation. At this time the group will close; latecomers are invited to return for the following week. (5 minutes)

Turn inward and compassionately connect to yourself. Gentle guidance and direction will help you navigate your inner landscape mindfully. (20 minutes)

As a group, turn self-led energy outward, collectively healing and supporting the parts that came up. Each participant will have an opportunity for live reflective engagement with Dr. Halbert after their share. (15 minutes)

Conscious Close

Digital hugs and final moment of connection until next week.
